Along the last stretch to the North Cape plateau one can spot signs that people are on their own personal pilgrimage: Small stone towers are stacked up along the coast, rocks marked with people’s names, countries and greetings gather at rest stops, stickers are plastered on all the Nordkapp Signs. Concrete evidence that they have arrived at 71 Degrees North of the Equator!
