About ekhaugli

I'm Erica from America living at the top of the world - North Cape, Norway. I run my own gallery, Once Upon a Dream Gallery and Gift Shop, nestled in the picturesque fishing town, Honningsvåg. In 2014 I started and environmental art project, One Step at a Time, concentrating on removing trash from or arctic shoreline.

They sure have a wonderful view on board of these ships!

    What are your Easter plans?

Beautiful images! These ships remind me of the Aurora Australis, an Antarctic icebreaker ship I saw in Hobart, Tasmania. I’m wondering if red is a common color of ships used in icy waters.

Thanks, Alex. That’s a interesting observation. There are quite a few red and bright orange boats in these waters. I’m going to have to ask around🙂
